Once we've discussed your project and goals, we'll provide a detailed quote. We base our estimates on what we know at this stage, but as with any renovation, unexpected issues can arise. We plan carefully and include a recommended contingency to help account for potential changes—but some variables can't be fully predicted.

After you've had time to review the quote, we'll schedule a meeting to go over it together. This gives us a chance to answer your questions, explain the details, and make sure you're confident moving forward. 

Now it’s time for the most important phase—planning and preparation. A strong design and clear project plan are key to a successful renovation, no matter the size.

This stage is all about finalizing decisions, selecting finishes for accurate budgeting, reviewing lead times, and building a realistic schedule. It’s also your chance to ask questions and share your expectations so we can align our plan with your vision.

 Depending on your project, permits may be required. While they sometimes get a bad reputation, permits are an important part of ensuring the work meets current Building Code.

We handle the entire permit process for you—working with registered drafters and engineers to prepare your plans and submit the application. Once approved, we’re ready to get started!

Once the design is finalized and permits (if needed) are approved, construction begins. This is where our team brings your vision to life with expert skill and attention to detail.

We coordinate scheduling with you to minimize disruption. Throughout the process, you’ll receive regular updates and be informed of any unexpected discoveries or changes.
